Since deciding to open Avenbury Care Farm, it's been our mission to provide a secure and welcoming environment for our visitors. And, we have done just that. All areas, indoor and outdoor, are wheelchair accessible. The activities will be guided and supervised by our staff to ensure that our guests get the utmost out of their visit to our farm.

Ina and her husband Steve have lived in Paunton for over 20 years, establishing a substantial manufacturing business in Bishops Frome, employing more than 50 people. Over the years Ina built up a rare breed farm with the ultimate vision to diversify towards setting up a care farm.

Ina has worked for many years looking after young persons and adults with severe learning difficulties for a large local care provider. Her wide experience both in care and working with animals and in horticulture has allowed her to follow her dream to set up a care farm based upon a modern, person centred approach. She is supported by an experienced and dedicated team of enthusiastic staff!
